About Bass Home Inspections
I have been involved in the construction industry for over 34 years. I became a licensed general contractor at
age 25 (NC General Contractor License # 23198). After spending many years in both the commercial and residential
construction industry, I decided to take the next step in my career. The home inspection business was a perfect fit
for my talents and interests. In 2006, I became a licensed NC home Inspector (license #2423) and started Bass Home
Inspections. I am also a licensed FHA home inspector ( license # F711) and a 203k consultant (license # AO813).
Bass Home Inspections is also in an association with other home inspectors called the Carolina Area Network of Real Estate
Inspectors (CANOREI). We can provide real estate professionals, mortgage companies, and banks a variety of inspection
services throughout the state of North Carolina. I thoroughly enjoy performing home inspections
and educating one client at a time about the conditions, systems and functions of their new home. My goal in providing
home inspections is not just to point out the issues with a home, but to enlighten clients as to the home's proper
maintenance. I am dedicated to serving your needs
and my goal is 100% customer satisfaction. As a home inspector, I not only meet but exceed the North
